Today Is The Day I Say Enough!

I know your hurting because you laugh at my pain.

I know your hurting because you have no compassion for my hurts.

I know your hurting because your words or lack of inflict pain.

I know your hurting because you make sure I feel less.

I know your hurting because my loving request become a way to boomerang your pain on me and deny me my right to be loved, to live happy and feel safe.

Today is the day I say Enough!

I am going to live Happy.

I will not allow your cold heart to infuse its venom into my heart anymore.

I forgive you for the pain youv’e inflicted, the endless request for your compassion, and your kindness not given.

I forgive you for not being a safe place for me to lay my heart and sleep peacefully.

I release you from retribution for all the ways you have stepped carelessly on my heart.

If you have not seen goodness in me.. I am sorry, but I believe I have been looking in the wrong mirror.. yours ..for too long.

I am going to choose forgiveness so I can be whole again.

I deserve to be cherished and loved for just being me… the wonderful, crazy, incredible, beautiful person I am.
